The District of Vanderhoof have temporarily closed part of Stewart Street this week through till Friday Sept. 29 due to construction.

At 4p.m. on Wednesday September 20, the District of Vanderhoof put out a request for citizens to complete a survey for input on the Operating Plan for the Vanderhoof Aquatic Centre.

By 4 p.m. on Friday Sept 22, there were already 700 completed online surveys recorded. That is an excellent response rate and it demonstrates the high level of community engagement in this project. Surveys will be collected until October 17.

There is no opportunity at the end of the survey to provide additional comments as it was unintentionally lost during the final revision. Additional comments can be emailed to vanderhoofpool@nbcy.org and they will be added to the feedback gathered through the community engagement process for review.

Paper surveys are available at the municipal office.
