Dennis Joseph was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol reading over .08. and was sentenced with 14 days in jail, a one year driving prohibition, a 12 month probation order with conditions and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $50.

 

Jennifer C. Joseph was found guilty of driving while prohibited and was ordered to pay a $500 fine and a victim surcharge of $75. She was also sentenced with a driving prohibition. She also received a one day jail sentence for failing to appear in court.
