IN MEMORY OF DEAN THOMAS DALY
Feb. 13, 1939 - Feb. 1, 2009
Born and raised in Victoria, BC. He worked for over 20 years at BC Forest Products as a carrier and fork-lift operator. He and his wife Sandra Spence-Daly moved to the Vanderhoof area in 1990. He enjoyed many years of fishing, skidooing, etc. at Cluculz Lake before moving into the town of Vanderhoof.
He is survived by his wife Sandra, his son; Tony, and his 5 step-children; Jesse (Glen), Hib (Leslee), Nate (Giselle), Clint, and Jason (Chirsty), and 9 grandchildren; Louise, Marion, Ian, Ryan, Spencer, Jackson, Jordan, Kaitlyn, and Jorja, also siblings; Gary (Barbara), Sharon (Bernie), Doreen. Pre-deceased by both parents and sisters Francis, and Janet.
Dean passed away in Stuart/Nechako Manor after a long struggle with poor health on Sunday Feb. 1, 2009.
He and the family would like to express their appreciation for the thoughtfulness and excellent care of Dr. Suzanne Campbell and the staff at the Stuart/Nechako Manor in his last days.
Dean’s final resting place (according to his wishes) will be in Victoria.
