The Sinkut View Dance for Burns Lake Dance-A-Thon raised over $1,800 last Friday. The money from pledges, a bake sale, and sale of over 80 hamburgers for lunch resulted in the generous gift to the Burns Lake Tragedy Fund. The Grade 7 girls organized and coordinated the music, decorations and activities. We can’t thank the Vanderhoof co-op enough for their generous and consistent support of these student-led initiatives. Thanks to all pledgers, dancers, staff and parents who made this event such a success.
