Cub Car races were held Saturday March 19 at the LDS Church.
16 cub scouts from 2nd and 3rd Vanderhoof LDS cub packs raced on two tracks. The boys had a great time and so did the parents. Trophies were given out for first place, the fastest car during the day was Aiden Mountifield, 2nd and 3rd medallions went to Braycen Jacobsen and Andrew Tetrault. Best sportsman trophy went to Bridger Albertson and best design trophy went to Tanton Mueller. An honorable mention goes to Connor Freeman who won a package of kleenex and a screwdriver.
Many thanks to Vaughn and Mary Mueller and family for all this help. And thanks also to the judges who had some very hard decisions to make. Also thanks to Rock Allred for setting up the tracks and all those parents who supported their boys.
