Seven local bands attract hundreds of all ages for the annual Concert in the Park from 12 to 10 p.m. on July 23 in Ferland Park.

This year’s free open-air concert features local musicians and bands including Sam Holden and siblings from Fort St. James, Playing for Keeps, Last Call, Macho Tsunami, Rosewoods Diary, Stonefly, and Buck Fever.

Prince George-based henna painter Manisha Virsadi was also on site to add intricate temporary art to participants, along with food vendors of the region that offered Indian cuisine, ice cream, cotton candy, and barbecue featuring local meats.
