The 18th Annual Halloween Pumpkin Walk held at Riverside Park in Vanderhoof was spectacular. There were 20 sites set up with spooky characters handing out candy, hot chocolate and treats and thousands of trick or treaters came out to walk along a road lined with over 500 lit and carved pumpkins.

Attendance was even up from other years, and many more guests were dressed in costume this year too. The fireworks show was fabulous and ended a great Halloween in Vanderhoof. RCMP handled the huge amount of traffic at the Pumpkin Walk and reported that otherwise their night was quiet. Many thanks to all helped or attended the show.
