On Aug. 21, friends and family attended the ceremonial dedication of Peter Rodseth Park, northeast of Burrard Bridge.
The park is fitting for Rodseth’s passion for the Nechako River.
“Peter was someone that didn’t wait for others to see it his way, or for grant funding to become available, if he was convicted to do something he always found a way to make it happen,” Vanderhoof mayor Gerry Thiessen said.
