Barb Penner and Deb Briggs are partnering up with the St. John Hospital Auxilliary Society and Annette Read and the crew at The Reid Hotel to put on a beautiful showcase of Christmas in conjunction with celebrating 101 years of The Reid Hotel.

The Christmas displays will be shown in the entire front portion of the famous old Reid Hotel building, separate from the licensed restaurant area so children will be able to attend.

In the bar/eating area of the building, guests 19 and older will be able to stop by and have a hot chocolate, coffee, drinks and all kinds of foods and desserts. The Reid Hotel 101st birthday party is scheduled for Saturday November 25. It will be a ticketed show and after the show guests will be able to check out the Christmas Village.

It is hoped that the Christmas Village will be open nearly every day through the holiday season from December 1, 2017 till January 1, 2018.

Entrance to The Christmas Village will be by donation. The proceeds from the event will be shared by both The Reid for providing the venue and the Hospital Auxilliary Society for hosting the Christmas Village display.
