The festive and well attended Arts Council AGM on Friday March 17 at 7 pm was followed by the celebration of the opening of the Arts Wing with refreshments, music and hand building pottery. The Art Space was filled with music thanks to Al Trumpa, Randy Springer and Joel Woods. The rooms were scattered with original art work thanks to local artists. Members and guests took a tour of the Integris Community Centre. Going forward many people have stepped up to make the most of the space and offer instruction in all sorts of art for anyone in the public who may be interested.
