Court cases heard in Vanderhoof Law Courts during the week of June 13.

In chronological order of hearing in Vanderhoof Law Courts:

 

Jessica Antoine is found guilty with two counts of probation order breaches in Vanderhoof on Apr. 2 and June 11. She is sentenced to 12 months of probation order.

Michael Everett Baynes is found guilty for driving while prohibited from doing so in Fort St. James on July 16, 2014, and failing to appear in court. He is fined for $500 and prohibited from driving for a year.

Shaun Keith Gilmore Goodwin is charged for bail violations in Vanderhoof on June 16 last year. He will next appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts on July 11.

Christian Don Gull is charged for telecommunicating to lure and sexual interference of a person under the age of 16, as well as sexual assault, in Fort St. James on Aug. 25 last year. He is also charged with five counts of bail violations on Apr. 12, Aug. 25, and Dec. 18 last year. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on June 21.

Nicholas Norman John is charged for wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer and four counts of probation order breaches in Vanderhoof on May 28. He will next appear in Prince George Law Courts on June 23.

An individual, whose identity was not released by court order, is charged for sexual interference of a person under the age of 16, sexual assault, possessing and accessing child pornography in Vanderhoof. He or she will next appear in court on June 21.

An individual, whose identity was not released by court order, is found guilty of sexual assault in Vanderhoof. He or she is sentenced to 12 months of probation order and prohibitions for 10 years.

Desiree Dawn Patrick is charged for dangerous driving, causing an accident that results in death, and theft of a motor vehicle in Fort Fraser on Oct. 3 last year. On the same day, she’s also charged with impaired driving causing death and operating a motor vehicle in Fraser Lake. She will next appear in Prince George Law Courts on June 23.

Angelina Veronica, Curtis John, and Kristen Adrienne Raphael are charged for possession of controlled substances for the purpose of trafficking in Vanderhoof on April 26, 2014. They will next appear in court on July 25.

Arthur James Thomas is charged for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm on May 11 and causing disturbance on May 12 in Vanderhoof. He is also charged with three counts of bail violations in Vanderhoof on June 10. He will next appear in Prince George Law Courts on June 23.

Decker Todd is found guilty for two counts of bail violations in Vanderhoof on Dec. 17 last year.

Cebo August Tom is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Fort Fraser on Jan. 29. He will next appear in court on Oct. 11.

Stephanie Joan Boychuk is charged for failure or refusal to provide a breath sample for intoxication testing in Vanderhoof on Jan. 30. She will next appear in court on July 11.

Jacob Ingo Butler, Jason Butler, Jordan Thomas Butler, and Jordan Dominic Toulon are charged for aggravated assault in Fraser Lake on March 23. Toulon is also charged for wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer and bail violations on the same day. They are scheduled to next appear in court on July 25.

Adrian Leonard Carlson is charged with two counts of assault in Vanderhoof on Mach 6. He will next appear in court on July 25.

Dakota Lee James Clapperton is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Vanderhoof on March 25. Dakota is scheduled to next appear in court on July 25.

James Thomas Brent Cockerill is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Vanderhoof on July 27 last year. He will next appear in Prince George Law Courts on June 23.

Hoa Hung Duong and Ly say Phuc are charged for possession of controlled substances for the purpose of trafficking in Fraser Lake on Feb. 6. They will next appear in court on July 11.

Dean Feierbend is charged for causing another person’s fear of being injured by him in Vanderhoof on Feb. 26. He will next appear in court on June 27.

Carla Marie Holland and Scott Daniel Rosner are charged for theft valued at $5,000 or under in Vanderhoof on Dec. 28 last year.  They will next appear in court on July 25.

Daniel Joseph Horner is charged for bail violations and mischief involving property valued at $5,000 or under in Vanderhoof on May 17. He will next appear in court on July 25.

Frederick John is charged for aggravated assault in Vanderhoof on Aug. 15, 2014. He will next appear in Prince George Law Courts on June 23.

Jesse Luke Jack Juillette is charged for possession of controlled substances in Vanderhoof on Oct. 30 last year. He will next appear in Prince George Law Courts on June 23.

Mikel Seth Scopes is charged for uttering threats in Fraser Lake on March 7. He will next appear in Prince George Law Courts on June 23.

Ronald James Sukkau is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Vanderhoof on March 10. He will next appear in Prince George Law Courts on June 23.

Brandon Lee David Thomas is charged for mischief involving property valued at $5,000 or under and break-and-entering with intent to commit offence in Vanderhoof on March 13. He is next scheduled to attend on July 25.

James Douglas Thomson is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Fraser Lake on Jan. 25. He is issued a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on June 13.

Dwayne Allen Gibbons is charged for breaching conditional sentence order and five counts of probation order breaches in Vanderhoof on June 4. On the same day, he is also charged for assault and wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer.

Gibbons is also charged with three counts of probation order breaches in Vanderhoof on March 14 and April 3. He will next appear in Prince George Law Courts on June 23.

Aaron Matthew Kordyban is found guilty of breaching probation order in Prince George on July 25 last year. He is sentenced with conditional discharge and probation order for six months.

Thomas Alder Lee is found guilty for causing fear in another person of having property damaged by him in Vanderhoof on March 7 last year.

Dallas Wade Michels is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Vanderhoof on Dec. 7, 2014. He is issued a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on June 14.

Cindy Charlene Felix is charged for theft valued at $5,000 or under in Vanderhoof on Oct. 26 last year. She will next appear in Prince George Law Courts on June 23.

Michael Nooski is found not guilty of committing assault in Vanderhoof on Sept. 26 last year.

Douglas Gordon Peters is found guilty of breaching probation order in Vanderhoof on Sept. 21 last year. He is sentenced to 12 months of probation order and suspended sentence.
