BC Assessment reports that Vanderhoof’s homes will increase by around 10 to 15 per cent this year.
“Most homes in Vanderhoof are worth more in value compared to last year’s assessment roll,” Christorpher Whtye, deputy assesor noted.
Property owners who disagree with their assessment should contact the assessor, but if they are not satisfied with the outcome appeals must be filed before January 31.
