New principals to Fraser Lake, Grassy Plains, and Francois Lake

Charlene Seguin, Superintendent of Schools, announces three new principals – vice principals to School District 91

Charlene Seguin, Superintendent of Schools is pleased to welcome the following new principals – vice principals to School District 91:

Don Beadle is the successful candidate for the principalship of Francois Lake Elementary School.

Don is an experienced educator looking forward to joining Nechako Lakes School District. Don started his education career in the mid 1980s and since then has worked in a variety of locations including Hartley Bay (SD 52), lower mainland districts, the Sunshine Coast and most recently in the Nisga’a School District.

Don enjoys music, golf, boatbuilding and sailing and is looking forward to getting reacquainted with both cross country skiing and snowshoeing.

Natasha Toth is the successful candidate for the principalship of Grassy Plains Elementary – Secondary School.

Natasha recently completed her Masters in Education Leadership from Vancouver Island University and is looking forward to learning more about the Southside community.

Natasha most recently taught at the Coast Tshimishian Academy in beautiful Lax Kw’alaams, BC and was a lead teacher on a variety of initiatives.

Dean Coder is the successful candidate for the vice-principalship at Fraser Lake Elementary-Secondary School. Dean moves to Nechako Lakes from the Kamloops School District where he was a teacher, principal and most recently a Director of International Education.

Dean moves to Nechako Lakes as he recently married LorrieAnn Reidel, a school district counsellor. Dean grew up in the Prince George area and has spent time in many rural communities including Valemount and Barriere.
