Jeffrey Joseph Thomas is found guilty of possessing firearms without a licence in Tachie on Jan. 27 last year. On conditional discharge and probation order for 18 months, he is prohibited from firearms for three years.

Frank Richard Williams is found guilty of driving while prohibited from doing so in Fort St. James on Dec. 9, 2015. He is fined $500.

Shawn Joseph Chipman is charged for committing assault in Vanderhoof on Aug. 31 last year. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on July 25.

Alfred David is issued a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on Jan. 9 for his probation order breach charges in Vanderhoof on Dec. 24.

Brenda Lee Marie Felix is charged for causing fear of injury in another person in Tachie on Dec. 2 last year. She will be in Fort St. James Provincial Court for her first appearance on Jan. 16.

James Ray Teegee is charged for possessing firearms contrary to order, possessing weapons for dangerous purposes, and the careless use or storage of a firearm in Takla Landing on Dec. 20 last year. He will be in Fort St. James Provincial Court for his first appearance in Jan. 16.

Stephanie Joan Boychuk is charged for failure or refusal to provide breath sample for intoxication testing in Vanderhoof on Jan. 30 last year. She will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on April 11.

Dakota Lee James Clipperton is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Vanderhoof on March 25 last year. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Feb. 21.

Adam David Paul Crossan is charged for impaired driving in Vanderhoof on Feb. 14 last year. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on June 27.

Christopher Lee Mason is charged for causing in another person fear of injury or damage in Vanderhoof on Oct. 1 last year. He will be in Vanderhoof Law Courts for his first appearance on Feb. 6.

William Paul Mickelow is charged for committing assault with a weapon and causing bodily harm in Fort St. James on Sept. 1 and 26 last year. He will be in Fort St. James Provincial Court for his first appearance on Jan. 30.

Cody Jade Poole is found guilty of possessing controlled substances in Vanderhoof on Oct. 1 last year. He is fined $250.

Corie Margaret Matthews is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Vanderhoof on Sept. 8 last year. She will be in Vanderhoof Law Courts for her first appearance on Feb. 20.

Michael Allen Smith is charged for committing assault in Vanderhoof on Sept. 10 last year. He will be in Vanderhoof Law Courts for his first court appearance on Feb. 20.

Albert Norman Raphael is found guilty of failure or refusal to provide breath sample for intoxication test and failure to stop vehicle to offer assistance in Vanderhoof on April 10 last year. He is fined $1,500, prohibited from driving for a year, and received a probation order for a year.

Jamie Joseph Thomas is found guilty of breaking and entering to commit indictable offences in Vanderhoof on Aug. 20 last year. He is also found guilty of committing assault in Vanderhoof on Dec. 2. He received probation order and a suspended sentence of 18 months, and is prohibited from firearms for 10 years.

Danny Joshua Alexis is charged for committing assault causing bodily harm in Vanderhoof on July 30 last year. Court proceedings for his charges were stayed on Jan. 10.
