GUTOSKY, ALEXANDER
Born February 23, 1912, passed away May 3, 2006 (Interment May 8, 2006). Predeceased by his parents, siblings and Grandson Shawn Kempel.
Alex is survived by his wife, Betty; children: Patricia Kempel (Jerry), Marjorie O’Leary (Frank), Gerald Gutosky, Catherine Gutosky, Deborah Gutosky (Joe Forster); grandchildren Lori Kempel-Heer (Kevin), Alissha (special friend Corey), Kevin and Daniel O’Leary; great grandchildren Carter and Dayna Heer. Dad will be remembered by all for his strength and courage but most of all for his sense of humour and love of life. Dad loved a good joke and enjoyed socializing at the Co-op. He always enjoyed a good debate--think Trudeau. His sparkling blue eyes and hearty laugh will always be treasured. Dad left a positive impression on all who knew him. He was an eternal optimist and every day he found something to be positive about even when challenged by his illness. Dad enjoyed playing the lotto but never did have to make that trip to Kamloops!
