MENU - Carl went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 23, 2004 at the age of 95. Survived by his loving wife Therese Menu, four daughters: Louise (Steven) Pura of Westbank, Jeanne Menu of Westbank, Eva (Gerry) Gillis of Gibsons, BC, Susan (Terry) Ray of Fort Fraser, BC, one son Peter (Doreen) Menu of Vanderhoof, BC, 15 Grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one sister Therese Fitzpatrick of Penticton. Sadly predeceased by brothers John, Paul and Felix Menu and sister Yvonne Currie. Anyone wishing to pay their respects could do so on Sunday, October 24, 2004 from 7:30 - 8:30 pm Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna. Funeral Mass was held on Monday, October 25, 2004 at 9:30 am at St. Charles Garnier Parish, 3645 Benvoulin Road, Kelowna with celebrant Father Wayne Pfliger.
