She was predeceased by her sons Barry and Robert. Dolores was born in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on

January 25, 1934 and later moved with her parents and

Jack, who was a boarder in the house run by her mother.

Jack and Dolores married in 1952 and by 1958 had welcomed four sons, one who died in infancy, and moved

72 times following the drilling rigs. They then settled in Lloydminster and had four more children before moving to Burstall, Saskatchewan in 1964. After 13 years in Burstall,

Dolores had a rich life, raising her family, volunteering with the Hospital Auxiliary, Citizen’s Advocacy and especially the Festival of Trees as well as visiting with her many friends and welcoming her extensive family to her home. She loved camping, aerobics, dogs, music, sewing, and made the best

rolls ever. She had a ready wit, positive attitude, and

accepted everything with humor and grace without

compromising her principles, which came in handy

dealing with the antics of her family. Dolores leaves a legacy of enduring love and deep security for all who knew her.
