Daughter of Albert and Doris Porterfield, entered the world in Kamloops, BC on April 7, 1959 and passed away on June 8, 2024 in Vanderhoof.
She mainly worked as a cook in many Restaurants and pubs from Kamloops to Vanderhoof and was loved by all.
She is survived by two sons, Matthew and George (wife Diana), husband Glen, and many siblings. She was an amazing mother, sister, daughter, wife, and friend.
She was always helping others before herself, ensuring others could put their minds at ease. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading novels, watching films new and old, spending time with family, and could not be beat at Scrabble.
In the event of her passing, she requested no service or funeral but a celebration of life for family.
