My daughter and I live in Prince George, and decided last week that we were going to spend the day together in Vanderhoof. It was a gorgeous drive, just the right distance for a day away, and we were both just delighted with Vanderhoof.
You have a lovely, clean little town, everyone who we spoke with was friendly, and made suggestions as to what we might enjoy doing that day!
Vanderhoof should be proud of the lovely shops that you have, and the wide variety of choices, be it lovely clothing, footwear, decorating ideas, and necessities.
Your town and shops are beautifully clean and welcoming. We also enjoyed a lovely, tasty, and original lunch in a very clean and unique establishment. Our hats off to Vanderhoof.
We will both return (in fact we want to make it a destination for at least a couple of visits a year), and also recommend that if folks are looking for “a day away”, Vanderhoof is indeed the destination!
