Notice is hereby given that an in-person Public Hearing affecting “Endako, Fraser Lake and Fort Fraser Rural Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 1865, 2019” (the OCP) and “Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako Zoning Bylaw No. 1800, 2020” (the Zoning Bylaw) will be held on Tuesday, September 12th, 2023 at 7:00 pm in the Fraser Lake Professional Building meeting room, 298 McMillan Avenue, Fraser Lake, B.C.

Notice is hereby given that an in-person Public Hearing affecting “Endako, Fraser Lake and Fort Fraser Rural Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 1865, 2019” (the OCP) and “Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako Zoning Bylaw No. 1800, 2020” (the Zoning Bylaw) will be held on Tuesday, September 12th, 2023 at 7:00 pm in the Fraser Lake Professional Building meeting room, 298 McMillan Avenue, Fraser Lake, B.C.

As part of the public consultation process required by Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s (ISED) policy for Radio communication and Broadcasting Antenna Systems (CPC-2-0-03), Rogers is engaging the public for comment on a proposed 35M lattice tri-pole telecommunication tower and equipment compound along Hwy 16 E, in Weneez area.

PROPOSED TELUS TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITY

Section 124 of the Community Charter states a procedure bylaw must not be amended without public notice. On March 27, 2023 Council will be asked to consider adopting Council Procedures Amendment Bylaw 1253, 2023.

The Court of Revision shall sit at the time and place shown below for the purpose of reviewing the water frontage tax and the sewer frontage tax rolls and any appeals received against the levy so charged.

Council is required to establish general procedures on how Council and Committees conduct their business by bylaw. This bylaw must not be amended, repealed or substituted unless notice describing the proposed changes in general terms is given for two consecutive weeks in the local newspaper.
