Part of my weekend was spent at Murray Ridge Ski Hill in Fort St. James. What a fantastic little hill. Snowboarding has been a hobby of mine for a number of years, yet this was the first chance I had all winter to finally get up to our local hill.

An update on the goings on of 4-H

I really hope that the communities of Fort St. James, Fraser Lake and the surrounding areas, will at least give some strong consideration to what the pool committee is asking for.

If nothing else it is entertaining to watch leadership hopefuls fight like cats and dogs in the litter-box that is the Liberal leadership race.

After last fall’s colourful serene bounty it was impossible to expect a rich transformation made of only two colors, white and blue. When I arrived, it was like an awakening from a lost paradise to a different, but in beauty, likewise scenario.
